Billing Policy


We charge the price of the shirt plus shipping, as calculated and shown in your cart, in USD. No additional charges will be applied. Payments are securely processed through PayPal's SSL-secured offsite transaction engine.

Security


We do not store customer credit card information. Your transaction with theBigGuavaTshirts is 100% safe!

Payment Options


PayPal accepts PayPal payments directly, Visa, and MasterCard. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay as a guest using the "Don't have a PayPal account?" option to complete a one-time credit card transaction.

Shipping Origin


We ship orders from one of our facilities located in Toronto, Canada, New York State, or other locations across the United States. The facility used depends on the specifics of your order and location.

Tracking Numbers


Yes, we provide tracking numbers for all orders.

Tracking numbers will be provided within 24-48 hours after your item(s) has shipped.

Check your confirmation email for the tracking link to monitor your shipment status.

Average Wait Times


Our t-shirts are made-to-order, which requires time to print, dry, and prepare for shipping.

Processing


Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. In rare cases, same-day processing may occur, but it is not guaranteed.

    • STANDARD Shipping: 5-8 business days after ordering.
  • International: Delivery times vary by destination.

Defective Items


Buyers are responsible for returning any defective shirts in their original packaging and in new condition. A full refund will be issued for defective or poor-quality orders.

Non-Defective Items


Since our shirts are custom-made, we cannot issue refunds for items ordered in the wrong size or due to dissatisfaction with the fit. However, we can accept returns or exchanges for items that do not fit or are unwanted, provided they are in their original condition.

Timeline


All returns and exchanges must be completed within 15 days of purchase.
